Add your name to thank Liz

Liz proved again that she is committed to fighting for New Mexico’s families when she returned to Santa Fe for the special session to make sure a fair and balanced budget was passed that included restoring funds for higher education vetoed by the Governor.

Liz stood firm in her commitment and helped get the job done. We want to thank her for her hard work and dedication.

Send her a message that shows your appreciation for her steadfast dedication to better schools and safer communities.

We hope you’ll take a minute to sign the card.

Thank you,

Team Thomson

I would like to offer an alternative to WAR language when describing the struggle to educate people about options and/or how to expand understanding. The words chosen to represent a cause matter. War verbiage that include “fight” and “battle” imply antagonism that usually precludes productive conversation.
